Welcome to Coral Supreme Lanka Travels. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
Coral Supreme Lanka Travels (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a registered travel agency in Sri Lanka.
By accessing our website or booking a service, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
A minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.
Full payment must be made no later than 14 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method agreed upon during booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
15–30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Less than 14 days before arrival or no-show: No refund.
Any refunds will be processed minus any transaction/bank fees incurred.
4. Tour Amendments
Changes to the itinerary can be made up to 7 days before the tour start date, subject to availability and possible additional charges.
We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather, natural disasters, political events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accidents, medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of belongings.
6. Client Responsibilities
Passports, visas, travel documents, vaccinations, and other personal requirements are your responsibility.
You must ensure that all personal information provided to us is accurate and up to date.
You are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the trip. We reserve the right to terminate the tour if your behavior is deemed unsafe or offensive.
7. Health and Safety
It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit and capable of participating in your chosen tour.
Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or dietary requirements.
8. Accommodation and Transport
We work with trusted third-party providers for hotels, transport, and some activities. While we ensure high-quality service, we are not liable for the actions or failures of third-party suppliers.
All accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case of unavailability, similar alternatives will be arranged.
9. Liability
Coral Supreme Lanka Travels is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or cancellation due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation strikes.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
10. Use of Website
All content on our website (text, images, videos, logo) is the property of Coral Supreme Lanka Travels and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
We are not liable for any technical issues, errors, or interruptions in website availability.
11. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided during the booking process is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to deliver your travel services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
