Itinerary
Day 01:
- We’ll be there to warmly welcome you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel in Colombo.
Day 02:
- Immerse yourself in the rich culture of Colombo with a guided city tour, then enjoy some relaxation by the beach.
Day 03:

We travel up to Nuwara Eliya — the hill country — with a stop at a traditional Ceylon Tea Plantation along the way.
Day 04:
- Hike through the breathtaking Horton Plains and take in dramatic views from World’s End.
Day 05:

Take a scenic train ride through the mountains to reach Kandy — a beautiful blend of history and nature.
Day 06:

Discover Kandy’s rich past with a visit to the Temple of the Tooth Relic and other key sites in the city.

Journey toward the Cultural Triangle. Stop at the majestic Sigiriya Rock Fortress and a traditional spice garden along the way.

- Step back in time in ancient Polonnaruwa, then enjoy a wildlife safari at Minneriya National Park.
Day 09:
- Relax on the shores of beautiful Trincomalee after a scenic drive toward the east.
Day 10:
- Discover the highlights of the town — from Fort Frederick and Koneswaram Temple to Lover’s Leap — or simply enjoy the sand and sea.
Day 11:
- Choose your own activity today — snorkel, dive, watch dolphins, or take a boat trip to Pigeon Island.

We transfer you back toward the west side of the island in preparation for your departure.

DAY 01 — Arrival in Colombo
Touch down at Bandaranaike International Airport and be warmly welcomed by your personal chauffeur guide.
Your holiday starts in Colombo — the country’s bustling capital — a city rich in history, culture, food, and stories.
Transfer to your hotel (about a 60-minute drive) and take time to rest after your flight.
This evening, Coral Supreme Lanka is delighted to treat you to a complimentary dinner featuring the finest local cuisine — a perfect start to your holiday.
DAY 02 — Explore Colombo
Awaken to your first day in Sri Lanka!
Immerse yourself in Colombo’s rich blend of past and future — from its ancient fort, a testament to its history under the Portuguese and the Dutch, to its bustling markets, majestic temples, and a growing food scene.
Consider a restful break by the beach in the afternoon, before you return to your hotel in the city.
DAY 03 — Nuwara Eliya (Tea Country)
Swap the tropical warmth for the cooler hills of Nuwara Eliya — 6,128 feet above sea level.
Your 6-hour drive is filled with breathtaking views.
We’ll make a refreshing stop at a tea factory for a tour and a tasting — a chance to appreciate the rich tradition of Ceylon Tea — before proceeding to Nuwara Eliya.
DAY 04 — Horton Plains National Park
Rise and prepare for a memorable excursion to Horton Plains.
Start your day at 5 am for a dramatic view from World’s End — often called the finest view in Sri Lanka — and discover Baker’s Falls alongside your expert naturalist guide.
Immerse yourself in the wild, misty landscape.
DAY 05 — Nuwara Eliya & Kandy by Train
This morning, appreciate Nuwara Eliya’s charming English-like atmosphere — a combination of golf courses, parks, a red-brick post office, and a beautiful lake.
Then board your scenic train ride to Kandy — the last kingdom of the Sinhalese — a dramatic descent through forests, plantations, and villages.
DAY 06 — Kandy
Awaken in historic Kandy — a city rich in culture and spirituality.
Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic (Dalada Maligawa), a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Consider adding a visit to the Peradeniya Botanical Garden or a traditional cultural show in the evening (at additional cost).
DAY 07 — Sigiriya, Habarana or Dambulla (Cultural Triangle)
Departure from Kandy toward the Cultural Triangle — home to many ancient sites.
Climb the majestic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a 5th-century citadel with its famous frescoes — and unveil its stories alongside your guide.
Later, visit a Spice Garden and learn about the rich history of our islands’ aromatic delights.
DAY 08 — Polonnaruwa & Minneriya National Park
Step back in time in medieval Polonnaruwa, the ancient seat of power.
Then enjoy a game drive in Minneriya National Park, where herds of elephants frequently gather — a wildlife experience not to be missed.
DAY 09 — Trincomalee (East Coast)
We leave the Cultural Triangle and make our way toward Trincomalee’s beautiful shores — a city steeped in history with a rich blend of cultures.
Spend the rest of your day resting by the pool or by the sea.
DAY 10 — Explore Trincomalee
Discover the rich stories of Fort Frederick, Koneswaram Temple, Lovers’ Leap, and the Commonwealth War Cemetery — a blend of tragedy, romance, and historical significance — all reflecting this ancient port town’s past.
DAY 11 — Beach Time in Trincomalee
Take a well-deserved break — relax on the sand, go for a swim, or enjoy a spot of whale and dolphin watching or a trip to Pigeon Island — a short boat ride away.
This is your time to appreciate the peace, the warmth, and the natural magic of this beautiful corner of Sri Lanka.
DAY 12 — Free Day in Trincomalee
A day entirely for you — soak up the sun, reflect, or make the most of your holiday.
Optionally, you can arrange additional activities directly with your guide or hotel.
DAY 13 — Katunayake or Negombo
Today we make the journey back toward the west, to Negombo or Katunayake — convenient for your departure the following day.
This 6–7 hour drive offers a chance to see more of the country’s rich landscape.
DAY 14 — Departure
All good things must come to an end — but we hope you leave with your hearts full of beautiful memories.
We will check you out of your hotel and transfer you to the airport (just 15 minutes away) in time for your departure.
